AdvertiSwarmPrivacy Policy
This policy describes how AdvertiSwarm, a tool operated by Orth Enterprises LLC ("Orth Enterprises", "we", "us"), handles data received from Google APIs. AdvertiSwarm is an internal tool used only by Orth Enterprises personnel. It is not offered to consumers, and we have no consumer relationship with any individual through it.
Data we access
AdvertiSwarm requests these Google OAuth scopes:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords: to access Google Ads account data through the Google Ads API.https://www.googleapis.com/auth/datamanager: to upload conversion data to Google Ads through the Data Manager API.
AdvertiSwarm does not request the openid, email or profile scopes and does not collect Google account profile information or email addresses.
How we use it
We use data received from Google APIs to provide, operate and improve AdvertiSwarm's advertising management, reporting, analysis and conversion-upload features for Google Ads accounts that Orth Enterprises is authorized to manage.
Conversion uploads
Conversion data uploaded through the Data Manager API is supplied by client advertisers from their own systems and is sent to Google Ads for conversion measurement. Customer identifiers, such as email addresses or phone numbers, are hashed before upload. This is client-provided data, not data received from Google APIs.
Client advertisers are the controllers of their customer data. Each client advertiser is solely responsible for providing any required notices, obtaining any required consents, and having a lawful basis for any data it provides to us or authorizes us to upload. Orth Enterprises processes that data on the client advertiser's behalf.
Restrictions on data received from Google APIs
- It is not sold.
- It is not used to serve, target or personalize ads (including retargeting and interest-based ads), or to build advertising or user profiles of individuals.
- It is not used to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
- It is not used to develop, improve or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
- It is not transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve AdvertiSwarm (for example, to hosting and infrastructure providers), to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, as permitted by the Google API Services User Data Policy.
- People do not read it except with the user's authorization, as necessary for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or for internal operations as permitted by the Google API Services User Data Policy.
Limited Use
AdvertiSwarm's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of any data.
Retention and deletion
We may retain data for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Data may be deleted upon request or in the ordinary course of business.
Your choices
You can revoke AdvertiSwarm's access to your Google account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. To request deletion of data, contact ppcallies@gmail.com.
Children
AdvertiSwarm is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable law sets a higher age), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy at any time by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of AdvertiSwarm after a revised policy is posted constitutes acceptance of it.
