Internal tool

AdvertiSwarm is an internal tool of Orth Enterprises LLC, used only by authorized Orth Enterprises personnel. No license to use AdvertiSwarm is granted to the public. Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy.

No warranty

AdvertiSwarm is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orth Enterprises LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to AdvertiSwarm, and its total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to AdvertiSwarm will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

Changes

We may modify or discontinue AdvertiSwarm, or modify these terms, at any time.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to AdvertiSwarm or these terms lies in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
